ColHeard, a non-profit initiative under the JLM affiliation, provides a platform for the deaf community to showcase their skills and entrepreneurial abilities. The goal was to create a bold and inclusive brand identity that amplifies their voice, potential, and contributions to society.

The logo features a clear, modern design with a recognizable sign language symbol, reinforcing the message that deaf individuals can achieve just as much as anyone else. This identity not only represents empowerment and inclusivity but also strengthens ColHeard’s mission to connect talent with opportunities and challenge societal perceptions.
